I specialise in nervous-system informed hypnotherapy for:

After years of feeling stuck myself, I made a choice to step out of the mud — and now help others do the same through a calm, empowering, and evidence-based approach.

 

My work blends two powerful therapeutic methods:

  • Top-Down — Using cognitive and behavioural strategies (inspired by CBT) to shift thoughts, beliefs, and habits

  • Bottom-Up — Engaging the body through somatic awareness to calm and regulate the nervous system

This holistic method allows you to release stored tension, process emotional blocks, and restore balance between body and mind. Clients often leave sessions feeling clear, calm, and deeply relaxed — both mentally and physically.

 

When I’m not helping clients, you’ll find me sailing small boats through rough weather, exploring nature, or slow-cooking Moroccan tajines — all things that remind me how to stay grounded in movement, presence, and joy
